Refund policy

At GS Ayurvedic, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• To request a return, contact us at gsayurvedic.in@gmail.com with your order details and product images.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
